It is common belief that when you commission a photographer for a job, that
the copyright belongs to the company or individual that commissioned the work.
But this is not true. The 1988 copyright designs & patents act says that the
copyright of photograph belongs to the person who took it, with the exception
of employed photographers, where it is the employer who owns the copyright.
